Privacy policy

Elite Squad Security ("we", "us") is a licensed security provider based in Eagle Farm, Queensland, serving Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

The site has two forms, a quote request and a careers enquiry. Each collects:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the service you are asking about, or "Careers";
• the message you write, which may describe a site, a role or a requirement.

The site does not collect payment details, government identifiers or sensitive information as defined in the Act. If you include such information in a message, we hold it only for the purpose of answering you.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, contact you about a role you applied for, and keep a record of the request. We do not use form submissions for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and an email notification is sent to us through Resend. Both act as processors on our instructions. Data may be stored on infrastructure outside Australia by those providers; we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it in a manner consistent with the APPs.

The site is hosted by Lovable. Hosting providers may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and performance purposes.

The site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Should analytics or advertising measurement be added, this policy will be updated to describe it and the categories of data involved.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a contract follows, for the life of that contract and the period required by law. Careers enquiries are kept while a role is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database that does not allow public read access. Access within the company is limited to people who need it to answer you.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or make a complaint about how it has been handled, by emailing contact@elitesquadsecurity.com.au or calling 1300 863 648. We respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This policy is reviewed when the site or our processors change. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
